摘要目的：探究雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法：选取2019年1月—2023年

10月盐城市大丰人民医院收治的60例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者作为观察对象，随机分成对照组（给予奥美拉唑四联疗法

治疗）和观察组（给予雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗），每组30例。比较两组溃疡愈合效果、Hp根除率、炎性因子[C反应蛋白（CRP）、肿

瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）及白细胞介素-6（IL-6）]水平、临床症状评分。结果：观察组溃疡愈合效果优于对照组，Hp根除率

高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平降低（P＜0.001），且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，

两组反酸、嗳气、腹胀、腹痛评分降低，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.001）。结论：Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者应用雷贝拉唑四

联疗法治疗，能够促进溃疡愈合，缓解患者临床症状，提高Hp根除率，减轻炎性反应。

January2019toOctober2023wereselectedastheobservationobjectsandrandomlydividedintothecontrolgroup(treatedwith

omeprazolequadrupletherapy)andtheobservationgroup(treatedwithrabeprazolequadrupletherapy),withthirtycasesineach

group.Theulcerhealingeffect,Hperadicationrate,levelsofinflammatoryfactors[C-reactiveprotein(CRP),tumornecrosisfactor-

α(TNF-α)andinterleukin-6(IL-6)],andclinicalsymptomscoreswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Theulcer

healingeffectintheobservationgroupwasbetterthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andtheHperadicationratewashigherthanthatin

thecontrolgroup(P0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofCRP,TNF-αandIL-6inbothgroupsdecreased(P0.001),andthosein
