【摘要】目的分析成原发性水痘肺炎的表现，提高对本病的认识。方法顾本院例成原

发性水痘肺炎的影像学资料，分析其影像特征。结果本组成原发性水痘肺炎表现多发结节为主，大部

分结节边界模糊，结节均沿支气管血管束分布，呈“挂果”征；少数病灶为磨玻璃密度影或斑片影，多种病灶常混

合存在。结论成原发性水痘肺炎主要表现为肺结节伴晕征，主要侵犯肺中轴间质，质和间质均可
