经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术与经尿道前列腺电切术

治疗前列腺增生的效果分析

摘要目的：对比经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果差异。方法：使用随机数

字表法将2020年8月—2023年8月于东莞市黄江医院外科行手术治疗的100例前列腺增生患者分成对照组（行经尿道前

列腺电切术）、观察组（行经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术），各50例。比较两组围术期指标、控尿情况和术后并发症发生率。

结果：与对照组相比，观察组手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿管时间及住院时间较短（P＜0.001），术中出血量较少

（P＜0.001）；术后1个月，观察组最大尿流率、残余尿量低于对照组（P＜0.001）；与对照组相比，观察组并发症总发生率较

低（P=0.046）。结论：与经尿道前列腺电切术相比，经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术治疗前列腺增生的效果更优，患者围术期

指标更佳，控尿情况更好，术后并发症总发生率更低。
