2HHV的特性：包膜：球形,150-200nm核衣壳：立体对称基因组：dsDNA，编码多种蛋白和酶增殖：核内复制，核内嗜酸性包涵体；融合成多核巨细胞感染类型：原发感染潜伏感染复发感染先天性感染免疫：细胞介导的免疫（CMI）控制HHV感染

3除EB病毒及HHV-6、HHV-7和HHV8外，均能在人二倍体细胞内复制，产生明显CPE
