The Influence on Cor orate Value of Equity Incentive
- Based on the em irical research of Ashare M arket from 2006 to 2008

Abstract: Equity incentive lan is designed to make a shared goal for shareholders and manage
ment so as to stimulate the management to w ork on behalf of shareholders and com anies to the
fullest. Based on the em irical research, this thesis analyzes the relevant factors w hich affect cor
orate value and finds that equity incentive does have ositive effect on cor orate value, and some
suggestions are offered to the listed com anies for their equity incentive lan in the end.
