In other words, English learners need to learn not only its pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar, but also its abundant culture. Primary school and Junior one is the beginning of learning English at school, so its one of the most important periods. The students are very lucky to have the chance to learn English from the best age for language learning. Some students can learn English quickly and easily, while others find it difficult to learn. The present study reveals that many students fall behind others after learning English even after a short time. They fall behind others quickly in Grade 1 or Grade 2 in middle school. Its very bad for their further study. Its a big disadvantage for them to go to high school or university. Actually some students have great interest at the beginning in learning English; however as the contents growing and becoming more difficult, some students get less interest in English, especially when they are lack of outer conditions to practice English and the pressure of entering a good school. Students learn English with heavier burdens and pressure, which make them become the falling-behind students. The Falling-behind students refer to those who have normal intelligence, but their academic records are always worse than other students. So they have to spend more time and energy to master knowledge than others. Its no surprise some students are slow to learn, but dont have a learning deficiency. These students do not fall into the category of special education, and show no evidence of having a medical problem; instead they do well outside the classroom. They simply do not do well in school or a particular subject. For many teachers, they are proud of their top students, but they sometimes ignore those students who just wont learn or can not learn well. Even years later, some English teachers
