四逆汤对SIRS大鼠的早期干预 曾萍杨镒宇 吴伟康 刘晓蔼 唐娟 梁宇峰 武志远 朱南方 李蔷华 缪湘伊 曾其毅 [摘要] 目的：通过复制大鼠SIRS模型，研究四逆汤对MODS的防治作用。方法：建立大鼠两次打击SIRS模型，SD大鼠70只，随机分成对照组30只，四逆汤治疗组30只，正常对照组10只。四逆汤组大鼠在一次打击后给予四逆汤灌胃，模型对照组按相同溶液体重剂量、时间点灌蒸馏水。在模型建立后的1、3、5 天分别活杀大鼠。剖开胸腔，暴露心脏，快速抽取主动脉血作血气分析和有关酶学指标的检测，ELISA法测定血浆TNF、IL-6的含量。结果：治疗组1天组TNF-α=35±14.9(pg/ml)，IL-6=96.3±29(pg/ml)；5天组TNF-α=20.9±13.7(pg/ml)，IL-6=48.7±40(pg/ml)；四逆汤中药方剂能够下调实验大鼠血浆TNF-α和IL-6 水平（P＜0.05）。结论：四逆汤中药方剂起到抑制炎症、有效改善SIRS、MODS大鼠的各项生理生化指标、防治MODS的目的，为中西医结合防治MODS提供了实验依据。 [关键词] 四逆汤 SIRS MODS 生理生化指标 炎症因子 大鼠 The early intervention. of Sinitang decoction in SIRS model rats Zengping, Wu Weikang,Yang Yiyu, Guangzhou Children’s Hospital (510120) Abstract objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Sinitang decoction on MODS through making SIRS model in rats. Methods Twice attacking SIRS model was made in 60 rats, which were randomly divided into two groups—30 rats in control group（CG）, the other 30 rats in treatment group（TG）. Normal control group（NG）was set in 10 healthy rats. TG was given Sinitang decoction by intragastric administration after the first attacking. CG was given water on the same regimen. 10 model rats in two groups were killed respectively on the first, the third and the fifth day after the SIRS model was made. The arterial blood sample was quickly taken by exposing the rat’s heart for gas analysis, enzymatic indicator detecting. The serum levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Result TG first day TNF-α=35±14.9(pg/ml)，IL-6=96.3±29(pg/ml)；fifth day TNF-α=20.9±13.7(pg/ml)，IL-6=48.7±40(pg/ml). The about result indicated that Sinitang decoction could lower serum level of IL-6 and TNF in SIRS model rats. Conclusion Sinitang decoction could inhibit inflammation, improve physiological function and biochemical indicator efficacious in SIRS model rats.Therefor Sinitang decotion could prevent and treat SIRS.
