研究生毕业论文 高中教师职业生涯规划研究       学生姓名: 高林 指导教师: 田宝军 教授 答辩日期: 2009年6月 高中教师职业生涯规划研究 摘 要 经济的发展带来社会、文化、思想观念、以及人们生活目标的改变,其影响充斥着社会各个角落,教育领域也不能免于影响,这种影响涉及教师的社会地位、经济地位、职业道德、自我认可度等诸多方面,在当前社会文化发展背景下,这种影响既是挑战也是机遇。作为被广泛关注的高中教育工作的从事着,高中教师有必要制定自己的职业生涯规划,这是时代的要求,也是教师职业发展的需要,但我们必须看到现在关于教师的职业生涯规划理论是丰富的,而真正设计出可以高效实施的职业生涯规划的教师并不多。 本文从教师职业生涯规划的现状、问题入手,分析了国外、国内的相关职业生涯发展的阶段理论,确立了影响教师职业生涯的稳定因素和动态因素,建构了高中教师职业生涯规划的理论框架,从而结合自己的实际工作经验、经历,提出了制定高中教师职业生涯规划的现实策略,并把自己的职业规划的一些具体经验融入其中,相信可以为广大的高中教师制定自己的切实可行的职业规划提供有力的理论指导及实践方法借鉴。 关键词:高中教师;职业规划;理论建构;现实策略 ABSTRACT The economical development brings the society, the culture, the ideological concept, as well as the people life goal change, its influence floods social each corner, the educational fields cannot avoid the influence, this kind of influence involves teachers social position, the economic status, the occupational ethics, the self-approval and so on many aspects, under the current social culture development background, this kind of influence is not only the challenge is also the opportunity. Takes the high school educational work which widely pays attention is being been engaged, the high school teachers have the necessity to work out their professional profession plan, this is the time request, is also the teacher career development need, but we must see now about teachers professional profession plan theory is rich, but designs the professional profession plan teacher who effective, may implement not to be many truly.
