年产450万m2瓷质地板砖工厂工艺设计 摘 要 本设计是进行一个年产450万m2瓷质地板砖工厂工艺设计。 根据设计要求进行工厂设计，主要包括：坯釉料配方、全厂工艺流程、主要工艺制度和工艺参数的确定，物料衡算，设备选型计算及对重点车间的工艺布置等。本次设计采用国内先进生产技术，注意降低生产成本，节省建厂资金。例如：利用辊道窑内气体余热对生坯进行干燥，减少热量损失；生产过程实现机械化，且基本可以实现自动化控制，节省了人力、物力，改善了工人的劳动环境。厂区内部进行了适当的绿化，在不影响正常生产的情况下绿化了环境，减少了对环境的污染。 此设计是一个成功和先进的设计，可以为其他工厂建厂时提供借鉴。 关键词：瓷质地板砖，物料衡算，资金概算，技术指标 Design for an annual output of 4.5 million square meters of floor brick ABSTRACT This design is for an annual output of 4.5 million square meters of floor brick process design. According to design requirements, the plant process flow include several parts as follows : body and glaze formula , whole plant process arrangement, the determination of main process regulation and process parameters, material balance , equipment selection, layout of important workshops as well as the general layout of the plant . Advanced production technology was undertaken in this design in order to reduce production cost and save money.For example:the reuseof residual heat from a roller kiln for drying ceramic green body ; the realization of mechanization and automation in production process. The 60 tons of ball mill , domestic dry kiln and the roller kiln , spray drying tower, glazing line and other ceramic process equipment were used in this design, which laid a solid foundation for the quality of the products. In the factory, the appropriate internal greening was making, which did not affect the normal production and reduce the pollution to the environment.
