部门简介
“人力资源部的概念是在上世纪末从美国引入的,在此之前,我国企业中的人事管理部门叫人事部。人力资源部是对企业中各类人员形成的资源(即把人作为资源)进行管理的部门。

四、甄选与面试
在招聘工作实施之前,人力资源部应明确招聘职位、岗位职责和学历、经历、技能及年龄等要求。对应聘材料筛选之后,对于初步合格者,通知面试。面试人员必须填写《面试记录表》,业务部门的应聘者由人力资源部招聘工作的负责人安排统一面试,业务支持部门的应聘者则由相关部门的主管或经理进行面试,对应聘人员进行甄选。面试结束后,面试官将面试结果记录于《面试记录表》上,并将该表一律交于人力资源部备案,若需复试,则由人力资源部经理及公司副总经理面试。
五、招聘工作的汇总和分析
招聘工作结束后,由人力资源部负责招聘工作的负责人,对招聘工作进行汇总和分析,包括招聘渠道的比率分析,人员录取率的分析以及录用员工学历的比率分析等等。
