两种导流板形式的袋式除尘器流场仿真分析 两种导流板形式的袋式除尘器流场仿真分析 俞非漉 王 纯 陈 玲1 （中国京冶工程技术有限公司环境保护分公司，北京 100088） 摘 要 通过建立一个室的袋式除尘器的三维仿真模型，使用三维建模软件Pro/E 、流体仿真软件FLUENT 联合仿 真，对安装栅格导流板与斜板导流板的除尘器进行流场分析，得出以下结论：使用栅格导流板，除尘器室内后壁板 的气流很大，容易导致后壁板附近的滤袋磨损；使用斜板导流板，除尘器室内的气流速度分布更加均匀，但灰斗底 部的气流速度较大，易造成室内扬尘；除尘器室内可安装斜板导流板，并通过改变斜板的间距和角度，使除尘器内 气体流速更加均匀，减小滤袋的磨损和灰斗底部的扬尘。 关键词 栅格导流板 斜板导流板 气流 均匀 Emulation Analysis of Gas flow Velocity Distribution on Bag Filter with two Guide Plate Yu Feilu Wang Chun Chen Ling （Environmental Engineering Branch of China Jingye Engineering Corporation Limited Beijing, 100088 ） Abstract A three-dimensional emulation model of bag filter was established, and flow field analysis on one-room bag filter which was equipped with skew guide plate or echelon form guide plate was finished based on Pro/E and FLUENT software. The conclusions were as following: Gas flow velocity at the backside of wall panel was fast when grid guide plate was used, thus cause bags abrasion at the backside of wall panel ； Gas flow velocity distribution in the room was more even when echelon form guide plate was used on the bag filter, while Gas flow velocity at the bottom of the ash hooper was fast, thus cause fugitive dust in the room. Skew guide plate may be installed in the bag filter room and distance and angle of the skew guide plate should be change, thus Gas flow velocity distribution in the room was more even, and bags abrasion and fugitive dust were reduced.
