毕业论文排版格式 长春工业大学金融学专业 2008年6月2日摘　　　要 近年来，我国期货市场的规范程度日益提高，期货交易品种日益丰富，市场对资金的需求量不断增大，但与国外期货业的投资结构对比，我国要想进一步规范发展我国期货市场，促进期货市场服务国民经济发展和经济体制改革的功能发挥，必须大力培育机构投资者。以机构投资者为主体的投资者结构是期货市场走向成熟的重要标志。 期货投资基金正是承担发展期货市场的重要组织形式。发展期货投资基金有利于解决我国期货市场规模小、流动性差的问题，同时对我国资本市场的持续、健康发展也将起到巨大的推动作用；发展期货投资基金有利于改善资本市场的投资结构，形成稳定的市场投资主体，保证市场发展的连续性和稳定性，有利于市场监管和风险防范；发展期货投资基金有利于吸引更多的投资者进入期货市场，扩大市场规模，使整个资本市场更加有效；发展期货投资基金有利于期货市场价格发现功能的发挥，增强期货市场对现货市场价格的指导性作用。 本文通过分析美国期货投资基金的发展历程及影响，提出了我国设立期货投资基金的构想及对策性建议。 关键词：期货市场 期货投资基金 投资组合 Research on Countermeasures of Establishing Futures Investment Fund in China Abstract: In recent years，the norm degree of the our country futures market increasingly raises， the futures trades species to increasingly enrich，the market continuously enlarges to the demand of the funds，but with the investment structure of the foreign futures industry contrastthe futures market， promote the futures market service national economy develop and the economic system reform of the function development，have to strongly grow the organization investor.
