Methods. Results. Rehabilitation group and control group on admission ADL score difference was not statistically significant P 0.01 , and ADL scores at discharge between the two groups was statistically significant P 0.01 . Conclusion. Early, scientific and reasonable rehabilitation interventions can improve patient care and training of the ADL, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients after stroke.
