Through the plant qualitative port yukon transplanting, without delay, than ordinary seedlings seedlings in extended 12-15 naturally long-term, but also achieving the straw counters-field. The design on a modelling mould of vegetable matter seedling tray is a part of study on mechance that used to breed rice in earthen bowl. The process of designing a mould is: design the production made from mould seedling tray , chose the scheme of compression to shape seedling tray, chose the equipment of compression to shape seedling tray, design the structure of mould, design the parts of the mould. In the end I finished the design on a modeling mould of vegetable matter seedling tray on bases of analysis about every process, every structure of mould, every part of mould. The material of mould and heat treatment technology are key factor that influence mould quality and capability and use life-span. The forepart lapse of many mould is because of material and heat treatment, so it is necessary to chose material and heat treatment technics rightly, for prolonging use life-span and improving capability of a mould. The status of getting off tray from mould is a important capability of mould, and is a important factor to influence quality of seedling tray too, so it is necessary to study the way to improve the mould capability of getting off tray from mould.
