摘要： 步进式环输送线是通过液压控制将物料或者工件进行步进运动的精确传送设备。本课题设计的步进式环输送线通过液压系统控制其步进运动，依靠系统中的水平运动液压缸（步进缸）和竖直放置的液压缸（插销缸）实现输送线的运动和停止，通过控制水平运动液压缸的供油时间和供油量来控制其运动起止时间和运动速度。 本设计的步进式环输送线采用液压缸驱动，其中一个水平液压缸放置，另一个竖直放置。水平放置的液压缸控制输送线的水平方向运动，插销缸通过活塞杆上部与输送带是否联接控制输送带的运动和停止。在水平运动缸运动前插销缸活塞杆上部向上和传送带联接，当水平运动缸运动时驱动输送线向前运动到达指定位置并停留；停留一定时间后当运动缸向后退的时候竖直的缩回，输送线停止运动。这样通过两个液压缸的协调配合来实现传送线的规定运动。 关键词：步进式，步进缸，插销缸，液压传动 Abstract Stepping ring transmission line is a transmission line through hydraulic control hydraulic control material or a precise transmission device.
