OPC 技术及其在工业控制领域中的应用 摘 要 本文介绍了OPC技术产生的背景、相关标准规范及OPC数据访问方式等相关内容, 深入研究了控制系统中常用的数据访问标准规范及OPC技术的实现机制，通过将OPC 技术采用前后的比较，总结了采用OPC技术的好处，显示了OPC技术的强大功能，展 现了OPC技术在工控领域中的作用及应用范围。 本文通过MATLAB与组态王之间的通信实例来进一步说明OPC技术在过程控制中 的应用，利用OPC技术可以实现不同应用软件之间的通信与数据交换。本通信实例 以A3000型过程控制装置为平台；以组态王作为监控软件，实现现场工艺的显示, 进行P、I、D参数的设置以及实时数据的采集；利用MATLAB设计程序实现过程值的 动态显示。通过OPC数据交换技术，将不同的应用软件集成在一起，不仅发挥了其 各自的优势，而且增强了不同应用软件之间的互操作性。 关键词：OPC，组态王，MATLAB，A3000过程控制设备 - I - OPC 技术及其在工业控制领域中的应用 Abstract This paper introduces the background of the appearance of OPC technology and the related standards, as well as the OPC data access way and etc. The focus is on the research of common data access standard and the implementation mechanism on how to achieve OPC technology in the control system. According to the comparison of using the OPC technology or not, the paper summarizes the benefits of adopting the OPC technology, in order to show the strong functions of OPC technology and demonstrate the effect and the scope of the OPC technology in the field of industrial process control system. This paper illustrates the application of the OPC technology in the process control by giving the examples of communication between MATLAB and Kingview. The OPC technology is able to achieve the communication and data exchanging among different application software. The example of communication in this paper takes advantage of the A3000 process control device as a platform, and utilizes the Kingview as the monitoring software to achieve the demonstration of the scene craft, so as to set up the parameters of P, I, D and to collect the real-time data.
