某化工集团热电联产电厂热力系统节能改造设计 摘 要 热电站采用热电联产是一种公认的节能、环保型技术，其实现了热能的梯级利 用，减少了系统的能量损失，因而具有较高的能源综合利用效率，在工业生产方面 得到了广泛和优先的应用。并取得了明显的节约能源、改善环境之综合效益，成为 城市治理污染和提高能源综合利用率的有效手段之一，是提高人民生活质量的公益 性基础设施。其中背压式热电联产电站具有热效率变高，无冷源损失的优点。 本文是对某化工集团原有的小型背压式热电联产电站的热力系统进行节能改 造设计，设计内容主要包括：电站热经济性的计算比较、改造方案的拟定、新增加 的工业汽轮机的选型、以及锅炉的重新选型、原则性与全面性热力系统的拟定﹑主 厂房布置、热经济性再计算、管道设计和计算以及系统附件的配套选择。本文所改 造的电站有以下特点：采用的是3MW背压供热机组，配套选用1台50t/h循环流化 床锅炉以及由1台350kW和1台 132kW的小型工业汽轮机。主蒸汽系统和给水系统 均采用单母管制，主厂房的布置采用合并煤仓布置型式。 关键词：热电联产，背压式，热电站 I 某化工集团热电联产电厂热力系统节能改造设计 Abstract Thermal power stations use cogeneration is a recognized energy-saving and environment-friendly technology，and implement the use of thermal steps，reduce the energy loss and thus has a high comprehensive utilization of energy efficiency ，in industrial production was broad and priority apply.
