人工制冷油气回收装置的设计 摘 要 石油及其产品是多种碳氢化合物的混合物，其中的轻质组分具有很强的挥发 性。在储存和运输过程中，由于各种的因素影响，有一部分油气会挥发进入大气， 油气蒸发不仅造成经济上的损失，降低油品质量，还会产生严重的环境污染，危 害人类健康。这些挥发的油气完全可以回收利用，本文研究了目前的油气回收方 法：吸收法、吸附法、冷凝法和膜分离法。 加油站分布在人口稠密的城市或其周围，在城区内的加油站附近，挥发的油 气所造成的污染更加严重，对人体健康造成极大伤害。对加油站的油气进行回收 就是本论文研究的主要内容，采用人工制冷对加油站的油枪、油罐挥发的油气同 时进行回收，油气回收率高，有效减少能源的损失，该装置采用复叠式制冷系统， 主要由板翅式蒸发器、套管式冷凝蒸发器、壳管式冷凝器及高低温部分压缩机组 成，并对以上三个换热器进行了详细的设计计算，人工制冷回收装置油气回收率 高，二次污染小。 关键词：油气，空气污染，回收，制冷 I 人工制冷油气回收装置的设计 Abstract Oil and its production are a mixture made up of many kinds of hydrocarbon, thereinto, light components have volatility strongly. The process of deposited and transported, because of influence of varied complications, some of the gas vaporize into the air, the gas not only makes the expense of the economy, but also pollute the surroundings, harm to peoples’ healthy. The vapor gas can be reclaimed and using. This thesis studies the methods of recovery of the gas: assimilate, adsorption, condensation and abruption of film. Gas stations are all in the cities or around them, nearby the stations, the vapor gas pollutes the surroundings more deeply, harm to peoples’ helthy more deeply, too. Recovery the vapor gas of the gas stations is my thesis main content, adopt automatic refrigeration vapor recovery units, reclaim the gas vapored from oilgun, and oilcan. The units adopt gemination refrigeration system. Design and account the units particularly. This units’ reclaimrateis high, secondary pollution is low.
