即热路温度自适应控制 摘 要 在炼油化工生产中常见的加热炉是管式加热炉。其形式可分为箱式、立式和 圆筒炉三大类。对于加热炉，工艺介质受热升温或同时进行气化，其温度的高低 会直接影响后一工序的操作工况和产品质量。当炉子温度过高时，会使物料在加 热炉内分解，甚至造成结焦而烧坏炉管；当炉子温度过低时，物料温度达不到要 求而产生废料。因此，加热炉出口温度必须严加控制。 然而，在现实生产过程中，加热炉的温度控制是非线性的，当系统受到外界 干扰（例如进料流量发生变化）很容易产生波动。采用常规的 PID 控制器很难 得到满意的控制效果。 本文正是基于上述原因提出采用 KMM 型可编程调节器进行在线修正 PID 控制器的控制参数，以获得良好的控制效果。 关键词：加热炉，温度，自适应控制，可编程调节器 北京石油化工学院 1 即热路温度自适应控制 Abstract The common heating furnace is a in charge ofing type heating furnace in the chemical production of oil refining. Its form can be divided into box , vertical and three big classes of drum stove . When the temperature of the stove is too high , will make the supplies resolve in the heating furnace , even lead to the fact that the boiler tube forms burntly and burns out; When the temperature of the stove is too low, the temperature of the supplies can not be reached. So, the heating furnace must be added and controlled severely while exporting temperature.
