摘 要随着塑料工业的迅速发展，注塑模市场发展迅速、竞争激烈。为了做到高质高效低成本来提高市场占有率,注塑模具的开发、设计与加工结合CAD/CAE/CAM技术具有重大意义。本次设计围绕外螺纹液压管接头的注射模设计展开的，利用模具设计软件进行设计及制图，完成对外螺纹液压管接头注射模具的总体设计，整个毕业设计的内容包括课题的调研，资料的收集与消化，包括外螺纹液压管接头外型结构学习，材料的使用；了解注射模具的特性及结构功能特点，结构的简化、优化；熟悉所设计模具的工作原理；熟悉模具设计软件的使用，以最快、最优的方法完成设计。在设计过程中也进行了大量的计算包括成型零件尺寸的计算和对注射机的锁模力、最大注射量、注射压力、开模行程和模具与注射机安装部分相关尺寸的校核。同时，也对产品的工艺性进行分析，主要分析了塑料件的形状特点、尺寸大小、尺寸标注方法、精度要求、表面质量和材料性质等因素。其次对注射成型原理及工艺特性、注射模结构与注射机、塑料制品在模具中的位置与浇注系统设计、成型零件设计、结构零部件的设计、推出机构设计、侧向分型与抽芯机构的设计、温度调节系统等方面的介绍。在设计过程种运用到了Proe3.0软件对塑件进行三维造型，通过使用AutoCAD来设计整套模具。关键词：注塑模；型芯；型腔；斜滑块；侧型芯AbstractWith the plastics industry and injection mold market competition development rapidly.
