浅谈建立有效的现代企业激励机制
摘要:随着我国经济体制改革的深化,各种企业都将面临激烈的竞争。如何在竞争越来越激烈的市场经济中保持不败,达到企业的长远目标,是每个企业必须思考的问题。员工激励是帮助企业在竞争中获胜,达到预定总体目标的重要方法之一。建立有效的经营者激励机制是搞好企业改革和发展的关键。但目前,我国企业尚未形成合理有效、适应市场经济发展的激励机制,这在很大程度上扭曲了经营者行为,弱化了他们对企业盈亏负责的意识。这个状况不改变,企业改革就无法深化。在这种背景下,很有必要对企业经营者激励机制进行系统研究,从而寻找到加强我国企业员工的激励措施。本文阐述了我国企业员工激励的总体分析,企业激励机制存在的问题分析以及加强我国企业员工激励的措施。创新点在于研究了现代企业中在关注员工发展方面激励机制的综合运用。

Abstract:
With the deepening of economic reform in China, all enterprises will face fierce competition. How in the increasingly competitive market economy, unbeaten, to the long-term business goals, is that each company must think about. The motivation of employees is to help companies win in the competition, an important overall objective of the intended method. Excitation process is by meeting the needs of employees motivated by their enthusiasm to take full advantage of the most valuable resources - human resources, improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the process. Operators to establish an effective incentive mechanism is to improve the key to enterprise reform and development. But now, our company has not yet formed a reasonable and effective to meet the market incentives for economic development, largely distorted the behavior of the operator, weakened their sense of corporate profit and loss responsibility. This situation does not change. enterprise reform can not be deepened. In this context, it is necessary to the business system of incentive mechanisms to strengthen our employees to find incentives. In this paper, three major points are elaborated on Chinas overall analysis of the motivation of employees; Enterprise Incentive Problem Analysis; strengthen our employees incentive measures.
