内容摘要 随着知识经济时代的到来,当今世界的企业竞争,说到底是人才的竞争。企业要想获得可持续竞争优势,就必须依靠人才来维持和培育竞争力。而企业在这场竞争中,不仅要留住人才,而且又要使其最大限度地发挥潜能,就必须依靠企业在实施物质和精神方面的激励优势来激发高科技人才的积极性和创造性。本文的研究思路如下: 首先是高新技术企业研发人员薪酬设计的理论依据,包括现代经济学经典工资理论、管理学经典激励理论和薪酬设计相关理论等,后面的过程中将会体现这些理论思想。实证的研究方法 关键词: 研发人员 薪酬设计 宽带薪酬 Abstract With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the competitiveness of enterprises in todays world, in the final analysis is the talent competition.
