论我国民营企业融资对策 摘　要 在世界金融危机阴云仍未消散、世界经济结构不断深入调整和整合的背景下，我国政府一如既往的对我国民营经济进行鼓励、支持和引导。改革开放以来，民营经济的年平均增长速度在30%以上，每年提供的新增就业机会达600万个。民营经济逐渐成为我国地方经济社会发展的生力军，成为我国深入经济结构调整的主要力量。由此可见，大力发展民营企业，是促进我国国民经济快速稳定增长、实现人民生活水平提高的有效途径。但是，长期以来，有很多因素阻碍着民营企业的发展，民营企业融资渠道的狭窄，内部融资制度的不合理，政府和金融机构等外部环境主体也没有为民营企业营造一个有利的融资环境。分析民营企业融资现状，在此基础上提出一些解决问题的建议和对策。 首先，对选题背景，文献资料进行分析和研究。其次，介绍民营企业的由来和发展，民营企业在我国经济中的地位，在此基础上从内部、外部和其他方面分析民营企业融资难的原因和障碍。最后针对以上分析中存在的问题提出具体的建议和对策。 关键词： Abstract In the world financial crisis clouds still not depart, and structure of the world economy further adjustment and integration background, our government, as always in private economy to encourage, support and guide.
