According to pricing strategy and program, Philip B. Crosby put forward the Matrix for Price and Quality Strategy, which was the typical example of it. Price and Quality Matrix has subdivided the market of product and consumers, guided the price policy, established the pricing methods and has perfected the marketing operation. Still to now, researchers has attempted to develop the Price and Quality relation in some new fields. As the rapid development of the adverting, for the Price and Quality the explanation of propagation and the design strategy of adverting have become the exact location of the relation between price and quality in the realm of adverting. According to the marketing, and it is also the base and new point of the topic. First the paper from the level framework analyzes the Matrix for Price and Quality in theory. Then in practice, based on the relation of price, quality and cost, the writer makes some analyses for the research about the Price and Quality Matrix, which affects the adverting corporation and consumers greatly.
