The height of the building is 52.2 m and the construction area is 1260.72 m2. The design includes water-supply system design, drainage system design and indoor fire-fighting systems design. The water-supply system is divided into zones: the commercial area, which is on the second floor, is supplied directly from the municipal water supply system; the low area is from 1 to 3 floor, of which water is supplied by the water pipes of high area frequency conversion speed pump group; the high area is from 4 to 18floor, where water is supplied by the water pipes of low area frequency conversion speed pump group. The fire prevention system is designed according to the high-rise building. Fire-hydrant water supply system is divided into automatic sprinkler system and hydrant water supply system. There is an 18m3 fire prevention water tank on the roof. The water drainage system is adopted division of sewage and waste water. Sewage wastew
