大学自学考试本科毕业论文 论 文 题 目： IT建设管中的风险理 摘 要 随着信息化经济时代的到来，IT项目被越来越多地应用到各行各业。IT项目的管理研究也越来越受到关注，但是在IT项目建设中，风险在项目建设中的影响很大，往往给项目的推进和项目的成功带来损害或威胁，这是不以人的意志为转移的。IT项目风险管理研究在国外己有十多年的历史，但我国尚未普遍开展IT项目风险管理的研究和实践，总结前人的经验教训、探讨适合我国国情的风险管理体系是论文的理论意义。本文首先对项目管理、IT项目、IT项目风险管理等理论进行了阐述，然后回顾和研究了国内外发展现状，了解项目管理包含的知识领域和项目中的几大过程，阐述风险管理在项目管理中的重要性。在文章最后，着重提出了IT项目风险管理中“人”的风险因素分析，并结合前人，提出了相应的应对对策。 【关键词】： 风险管理 信息化 项目建设 信息技术 Summary As the information economy of the times, more and more IT projects to be applied to all walks of life.
