摘 要 设计内容四边封条带包装机，由放卷装置、分卷装置、对标装置、定量灌装装置、封合机构等组成。该机结构简单、紧凑、合理，操作方便，劳动生产率高，所生产的产品质量高，适用于颗粒、粉末、液体等不同物料包装生产。 设计主要内容为： 横封装置为一对带有横向突出啮合的对辊，对辊相对滚动挤压包材并且加热对包材进行热封。 纵封装置为一对带有纵向突出啮合的对辊，对辊相对滚动挤压包材并且加热对包材进行热封。 打字装置为一对带有打字模具的对辊，对辊相对滚动挤压包材对包材进行打字处理。 纵切装置为一对装有纵向切断刀的对辊，对辊滚动刀具对包材进行纵向切断。 横切装置与横向断裂线装置为装有横向切断刀具和横向断裂线刀具的对辊，对辊滚动刀具对包材进行横向切断和打横向断裂线处理。 关键词：横封装置；纵封装置；打字装置；纵切装置； Abstract At present, the packaging enterprises in China most of the scale is too small, small is one of its main characteristics, exist regardless of the industry development requirements, repeat the production of those low cost, and level of technology is relatively backward, easy to manufacture mechanical products industrywithin about 1/4 of the existence of the phenomenon of low-level repetitive.
