摘 要 本文采用里程碑计划、工作分解结构、责任矩阵、网络计划技术、法等国际通用的项目管理方法和工具对丽景苑1#楼工程进行项目管理，通过对项目的特点、重点、难点的分析,使一开工就找出本项目的重、难点工序,以便于在项目实施时主动出击,确保项目各项目标的实现。 对项目的质量、进度、成本及安全总目标进行规划,明确目标,保证在施工时有的放矢；通过技术经济分析制定出最佳的施工方案；通过绘制施工进度计划时标网络图、形象进度图等,规划出在最合理的资源投入的前提下,既能保证履约,又能体现经济效益；合理地对劳动力、材料需求、施工用周转料、施工设备和仪器需求计划等资源投入情况进行规划,保证项目顺利进行。 制定有针对性的、有效的保证进度、质量、安全、成本目标的措施,从而高效的完成本工程。 关键词：项目 管理 实施 规划 进度 技术 Abstract In this Graduation Project, a milestone plan, work breakdown structure, responsibility matrix, network planning technology, resource cost curve, such as earned value project management internationally accepted methods and tools of the 1 # building construction project management, through the characteristics of the project, focus on the analysis of difficult to make a start on the weight of the item to find, difficult process, in order to facilitate the implementation of the project to take the initiative to ensure that the objectives of the project.
