本科生毕业论文 题目： 河北省农村地区苯巴比妥 治疗癫痫管理效果评价 学 院 公共卫生学院 学科门类 医学 专 业 预防医学 姓 名 2011年5月18日 河北省农村地区苯巴比妥治疗癫痫管理效果评价 摘　　要 　　为评价农村地区苯巴比妥随访治疗癫痫的效果，我们于2007年6月至2010年8月底在河北省沧州市沧县、献县、肃宁和泊头，开展惊厥性癫痫患者免费苯巴比妥治疗和随访管理，旨在评价苯巴比妥的药物疗效、不良反应，患者的依从性等指标。在此期间共入组管理2214例患者，其中男性1173例（52.98%），女性1041例（47.02%）；患者入组前有342例（15.45%）在正规治疗，1652例（74.62%）未正规治疗，220例（9.92%）未治疗，治疗缺口84.56%；治疗期间有176例退组，18例死亡，总失访率8.76%。经过近三年的治疗和随访管理，患者的病情得到显著缓解，发病频率显著降低，由入组前平均发作频率（4.68±8.97）次/3个月，下降到服药满6个月（0.57±1.32）次/3个月、1年（0.37±0.99）次/3个月、2年（0.05±0.36）次/3个月、3年（0.00±0.04）Assessment for Efficacy of Phenobarbital Treatment and Management of Epilepsy in Hebei Rural Areas ABSTRACT 　　To evaluate the effect of phenobarbital treatment and management of epilepsy in rural areas, our study was conducted in four counties of Cangzhou, Hebei Province from June 2007 to August 2010. Patients with epilepsy seizures were given charge-free phenobarbital treatment and follow-up management aimed to evaluate the medicine efficacy, adverse reactions, patient compliance and so on .During the period totally 2214 patients participated in the study. The participants were 1173 males for 52.98 % and 1041females for 47.02%. Before the study, only 342 patients (15.45%) were taking standardized treatment, 1652 cases (74.62%) had not got standardized treatment, 220 cases (9.94%) had not treated, and the treatment gap was 84.56 %. During the following-up period, 176 patients seceded the group and 8 died totally 8.76% of the patients quitted the study. After nearly three years of treatment and follow-up management ,patient’s condition got notable ease, the average seizure frequency went down obviously, the frequency reduced from (4.68±8.97) every-three-months to（0.57±1.32）in six months、（0.37±0.99）one year、（0.05±0.36）two years、（0.00±0.04）three years，the efficacious rate of taken phenobarbital 12 months were 69.36%.occurred in the first three months of the treatment, the incidence of drag-side-reac
