PAGE PAGE 毕业设计报告(论文) 题目：透析机复用机消毒液的中试 摘要 过氧乙酸因具有酸性和强氧化性可以作为消毒剂使用，此类消毒液具有广谱、高效、安全的特点，对细菌芽孢、霉菌、真菌、藻类和病毒有较强的杀灭作用。过氧乙酸消毒液是由过氧化氢，过氧乙酸和醋酸组成, 是一种稳定的化学混合物, 它高效和安全, 是美国CDC主要推荐的透析器复用消毒剂。 以过氧乙酸和过氧化氢为原料，制备出的透析机复方消毒液稳定性的研究结果表明，在最佳条件下制备出的过氧乙酸消毒液，加入添加剂的稳定效果优于未加入添加剂的，且复合添加剂的稳定效果比单个添加剂的好。过氧乙酸消毒液的杀菌实验结果表明，样品能够杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌。制备过氧乙酸工艺及其配方都比较简单，但制备出性能比较稳定的产物，并非易事。本实验对过氧乙酸的制备条件及稳定性影响因素进行了研究，摸索出其制备的优化条件及防止分解、延长使用期限的可行方法。今年来过氧乙酸类消毒剂的需求日益增大，因此本实验制备了一种用于透析机的复方消毒液，重点对其制备条件、稳定性能进行了研究。 关键词：过氧乙酸； 消毒液； 稳定性；中试 The pilot scale of dialysis machine antiseptic ABSTRACT Peracetic acid has acetic acid and strong oxidation which can be used as a disinfectant. Such disinfectants have broad-spectrum, efficient, safe features.It also has a strong role in killing bacterial spores, molds, fungi, algae and viruses. Peracetic acid is combined by hydrogen peroxide peracetic acid and acetic acid which is a stable chemical mixture.It is efficient and safe which is the main hemodialys recommended by the CDC. Peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide was used to produce dialysis machine compound disinfection liquid. The results show that the stability of peracetic acid disinfectan prepared under the best conditions, the stability of the additive is better than no additive, and the stability effect of compound additive is better than a single additive. Peracetic acid disinfectant disinfection results show that samples can kill Staphylococcus aureus. preparation technology and formulation of peracetic acid is simple, but were relatively stable product, is not easy. This experiment across the preparation conditions of oxygen second acid and influencing factors were studied, and the optimization for its preparation condition and prevent decomposition, a feasible way to prolong the using time. These years the demand for peracetic acid disinfectant is increasing, therefore, this issue is used to pruoduced a dialysis machine for compound disinfection liquid which focus on the conditions of its preparation, stability, germicidal p
