低碳经济背景下中国企业的发展之路.docVIP

内 容 摘 要 随着气候变化问题的日益凸现和煤炭、石油、天然气等不可再生化石能源需求与供给矛盾的日益突出，世界各国迫切需要共同合作来抵抗环境恶化的危机，向低碳经济转型已成为当前市场环境下社会发展的必然趋势。与此同时，国际社会关于资源与能源利用模式的讨论愈加激烈，提出了包括碳排放贸易机制（ET）和清洁发展机制（CDM）等。作为企业，如何通过企业转型，战略调整来迎合这股低碳潮流，从而实现清洁可持续发展变得尤为重要。中国作为一个正在经历工业化阶段的国家，一方面我们需要充足的能源来保持经济的持续增长，另一方面，为了实现经济社会的可持续发展，我们又势必向低碳经济转型，势必淘汰、限制高能耗产业的发展，势必调整产业结构。 本文在研究国内外相关专家、学者关于低碳经济与企业转型的文献的基础上，结合中国发展现状，分析了企业在低碳经济背景下的转型之路。主要包括：广泛研究、开发低碳技术，并将这些低碳技术用于自身产品的研发和推广，实现产品和服务的低碳化；大力开发新能源，提高能源使用效率，降低企业碳足迹；建立碳交易市场，促使企业承担发展低碳经济的社会责任等。 关键词：低碳经济, 低碳转型, 低碳技术, 碳排放贸易机制, 清洁发展机制  ABSTRACT With climate change and contradiction between supply and demand of coal, oil, natural gas and other non-renewable fossil energy stays increasingly prominent, the world urgently need to work together to resist environmental degradation crisis, and transformation to a low carbon economy thus become the trend of the current market. At the same time, discusses from international community on energy use patterns, such as Carbon Emissions Trading（ET） and Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), become more intense. However, China is undergoing the stage of industrialization, on the one hand we need plenty of energy to maintain sustainable economic growth, on the other hand, we are bound to transform to a low carbon economy in order to achieve sustainable economic and social development. Based on the research of literature about low-carbon economy and the business transformation conducted by experts at home and abroad, combined with Chinas current situation, we do explore the development path of Chinese enterprises under the low carbon background in this article. For example: develop low carbon technologies, and apply these technologies to its own product development; develop new energy, improve energy efficiency, and cut carbon footprints; build carbon emission trading market, and enable enterprises to undertake the social responsibility to develop a low carbon economy.
