摘 要 建筑产业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一，但长期以来建筑业的安全问题一直是困扰业界人士和广大学者的难题。伴随着经济建设的飞速发展，基本建设规模日益扩大，建筑施工活动愈加频繁，近几年来建筑安全事故屡有发生，每年的建筑安全事故发生数和建筑安全事故死亡人数有不断上升的趋势。因此，建筑安全需要引起全社会高度关注，是各个相关方共同努力急需解决的问题，避免和降低建筑安全事故的发生率，建立健全高效的建筑工程安全保障体系，并且加强施工现场的安全管理工作就显得尤为重要。 本文以建筑工程安全管理理论为基础，对我国建筑工程施工阶段安全管理的影响进行系统的研究。综合国内外专家学者的研究成果，以大量的理论为依据，分析了我国建筑业安全生产管理的现状和存在的问题详细论述了在我国建立建筑安全管理体系的模式。从安全生产管理所应遵循的原则出发，探索在我国构建安全管理体系的目标和措施。期望本论文的研究方法及结论能够对我国建筑工程施工阶段安全管理提供借鉴，为建筑施工企业安全建设提够有益的参考。 关键词：建筑安全管理；施工项目；管理体系；控制措施 Abstract The construction industry is one of pillar industry of our national economy, but the security problems of construction industry has long plagued the professionals and the scholars. With the rapid development of economic construction, the basic construction scale expands day by day, the construction activities become more frequent, in recent years the construction safety accidents and the number of construction safety accidents in construction safety accident deaths every year there is a rising trend. Therefore, safe production is the focus of attention of the society, is related to need to solve the problem, to avoid and reduce the construction safety accident rate, to establish security system to improve the efficiency of construction, and strengthen the safety management of the construction site for the industry is particularly important.
