摘 要 本文以质量管理的理论、原则、方法为基础，首先对沈阳小型锅炉厂锅炉(压力容器)中水冷壁管的焊接现行质量管理进行研究，分析存在不完善的地方，并提出了改进措施。其次，对水冷壁管焊接过程的各个环节进行了研究，从而使焊接过程中的各个环节都达到规定的要求，把缺陷控制在其形成的早期并加以消除。持续质量改进是一个永恒的主题，质量的持续改进活动是企业发展的源动力。最后，根据锅炉中水冷壁管焊接过程中出现的质量问题，研究如何进行质量改进活动。 全文通过运用P（计划）、D（执行）、C（检查）、A（处理）四个阶段八个步骤对锅炉中水冷壁管焊接的质量管理过程进行研究与改进。通过对焊接缺陷形成的机理进行研究，根据这些缺陷形成的原因进行改进，从而减少水冷壁管的焊接接头的不合格数，接头的不合格数也达到规定的要求。对沈阳小型锅炉厂减少了些不必要的浪费，节约了资源，并为该厂减少了资金的浪费。 关键词：质量管理；焊接；Abstract In this paper it was based on the theory of quality management, principles and methods.
