M ethods T he c inica da tas of 21 acute A IH patients adm itted in our hospita from Septem ber 2002 to M ay 2010 w ere ana yzed retrospec tive y. Resu lts T he ead ing cau se o f acute A IH w as hyper tension for a ong duration. T he c inica m anifestations had heterogene ity. Chest pa in w as the mo st common f irsta ttack symptom ( 18 cases) , and som e pa tien ts com p ained vague pain or v io ent pa in w hich rem itted itse f.
