毕 业 论 文（设 计） 论文题目：我国4S店发展状况研究 所属系别 专业班级 姓　　名 电 话 指导教师 撰写日期 年 月 摘 要 4S是指集整车销售、备件供销、售后服务、信息反馈功能为一体的汽车特许经营模式。它在经销商和各个生产厂家之间建立了紧密的产销关系，具有购物环境优美、品牌意识强等优势。对4S店而言，维修、保养、保险、内饰，因为不能确定，属于长远附加值收入，但这块的利润是每一个4S店都不会忽视的。我国汽车4S店或汽车经销商高速成长期已经结束，不少汽车4S店或汽车经销商为了求得市场份额的增长，不惜一切的代价，连续开展价格大战，不少汽车品牌价格一再大幅度下降，开展各种促销活动，变向下调价格，使得汽车行业平均利润率持续下滑，汽车4S店或汽车经销商增长后劲严重不足。目前，车市繁荣，一切问题都被掩盖了；一旦车市不景气，很多问题就会快速地暴露出来。这也全面概括了汽车4S店目前的发展状况。本文简要介绍了4S的概念及优势，分析了汽车4S的利润来，还分析了我国目前4S店发展现状、问题以及怎么样解决这些问题，最后探索了4S店新的发展之路。 关键词：4S店优势，存在的问题，策略，发展研究 Abstract 4S is set vehicle sales, spare parts supply and marketing, after sale service, information feedback motor functions of the franchise business model. It has established close relationship between production and marketing in the dealers and manufacturers all, with a beautiful shopping environment, brand awareness and strong advantages. The 4S stores, repair, maintenance, insurance, interior, because not sure, are long-term value-added income, but this is the profits of every 4S stores will not be ignored. Chinas automobile 4S stores or dealers high-speed growth period has ended, many automobile 4S stores or dealers in order to obtain the market share growth, at all costs, continuous development of price war, many automobile brand prices have dropped substantially, to carry out a variety of promotional activities, to cut prices, the automobile industry average profit margins continued downturn, automobile 4S stores or dealers lack of growth potential. At present, the car city prosperity, everything was covered up; once the market downturn, many problems will be quickly exposed. It also sums up the current development status of automobile 4S shop. This paper briefly introduces the concept and advantages of 4S, analyses the automobile 4S profit, also analyzed the problems, the 4S store development in China and how to solve th
