摘 要 随着社会主义市场经济的建立和发展,越来越多的温州异地商会成立和发展起来,遍布于各个全国各个省市,在行业自律管理、协调各方关系、提供信息服务、开展商务活动、维护市场秩序和行业整体利益以及社会稳定方面,越来越发挥着政府或是其他组织机构都难以替代的作用。 但同时，也有诸多制约因素影响温州商会的发展，通过对上海温州商会的调查，结合过往学者的研究成果。笔者提出以下几个制约异地温州商会发展的因素：一是社会意识形态上对商会的认识上的误区，二是商会的政治依附性，三是商会职能发挥不全面等因素。并在此基础上，提出促进异地商会进一步发展的措施，一是转变观念，提高认识，二是加强商会自身建设，完善商会组织，三十加强商会立法，督促商会依法办事等措施。 关键词：温州商会；异地温州商会；商会； Abstract with the development and establishment of the socialist market, more and more wenzhou allopatric chamber of commerce is deverloping, covering all up various provinces and municipalities.
