Methods 106 elderly patient swith the Alzheimer disease randomly selected and divided into 2 groups. 53 case sin control group were treated with Nimodipine, while 53 case sin treatment group were treated with Fasudil injection combined with Nimodipine. T he score wa sdetected before and after treatment saccording to the MMSE, VFT and ADL. Results The MMSE and VFT score increased obviously and the ADL score decreased in treatment group after treatments( P 0. 05) . The total efficiency in treatment group wa s90. 57% versu s66. 04% in control group( P 0. 05) . Conclusion Compared with Nimodipine, Fasudil in- jection combined with Nimodipine ha sa better effect on the Alz
