摘 要 供应链管理是进入21世纪后企业适应全球化竞争的一个有效途径，物流管理作为供应链管理的组成部分则对企业提高运作效率，创造更大效益提供较强保证。然而，我国供应链环境下的物流管理，起步较晚，设施不完善，存在着较多问题。 本课题的研究对物流业的发展和企业竞争力的提高有着较大意义，优化物流管理可以提升企业的竞争优势。物流管理如何才能得到优化，这就要求进行创新策略的研究。 本文将着重研究我国物流管理发展现状及存在着的问题，将中外物流管理在物流系统、集成化等方面进行对比；以制造业的物流管理作为突破口，研究物流管理的创新策略，包括联合库存管理，供应商控制库存，供应链运输管理，准时化技术，实施逆向物流，充分利用现代高科技信息技术，利用第三方物流等。 关键词：供应链管理，物流管理，创新策略 Abstract After the supply chain management is enters for the 21st century the enterprise to adapt a globalization competition effective way, the physical distribution management achievement supplies the constituent which the chain manages to the enterprise to enhance the operation efficiency, a creation bigger benefit provides guaranteed. However, our country supplies under the chain environment the physical distribution management, the start is late, the facility is imperfect, has many problems. Now makes profession very many enterprises all to meet the development the bottleneck, renews from the traditional production equipment, the production efficiency enhances, in the new technical application already very was difficult to have the breakthrough again. But and the manufacturing industry relation close penetration throughout supply chain management, the physical distribution management is the enterprise profit new direction.Nowadays, an enterprises supply chain management level enhanced, the physical distribution management obtained takes, the management to improve, then had the huge impetus to enterprises development most to use. This article will emphatically study the question which our country physical distribution management development present situation and exists, understood correctly the supply chain management and the physical distribution management meaning, carries on the Chinese and foreign physical distribution management the contrast, takes the breach by the manufacturing industry physical distribution management, the research physical distribution management innovation strategy.
