摘? 要 　　　二十一世纪以来，计算机高新技术已经深入到国民经济的方方面面。随着市场经济的不断发展和完善，越来越多的人认识到用计算机技术进行名类管理和信息交流的便捷之处。其中在单位的人事档案管理中计算机的作用尤为突出。 　　　本系统是根据现代化校园的发展而设计的。系统的前台采用的是VB6.0软件开发系统，后台数据库采用的是Access2003数据库。它具有简单易用的特点，其开发主要包括：前端应用程序的开发、后台数据库的建立以及维护前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者的要求则是应用程序功能的完善，以便于使用。而对于后者来说，建立起数据的一致性、完整性、安全性也是必要的。该系统主要包括学生班级、学校课程、系别分类、附加专业、授课教师、学生交费、学生成绩情况等查询功能的管理。管理者可以根据实际情况对原有记录进行添加、修改、更新、删除、浏览等编辑操作。并将查询方式有机溶入编辑界面，以实现对某项记录定位。 　　　本系统界面友好、操作简便、一目了然，可以实现学校的现代化管理，帮助管理者提高工作质量和效率。同时也给学生家长、教师、企业用人单位提供了学生信息在线查询以及新学员信息录入的方便。 　　　 　　　 关键字：Visual Basic语言；Access数据库；信息管理。 Abstract （要作品请加QQ356829945） 　　The 21st century, high-tech computer has been into all aspects of the national economy.
