上海市大宁社区居民心血管事件风险预测分析 2004 级临床医学八年制 叶江川 指导老师：张欣文 李觉 朱芸 摘要：目的 探讨上海市大宁社区居民心血管事件风险的总体水平及年龄、性别分布特征， 为心血管疾病的预防和宣教提供参考资料。方法 通过在各社区进行人群调查，获得被调查 者血压、血脂、是否患糖尿病等原始信息，运用SPSS14.0 软件进行方差分析、两个及多个 独立样本非参数检验。结果 统计结果显示在300 例调查样本中，高风险、中风险、低风险 及理想水平人群所占比例分别为 11.00%、24.00%、51.33%、13.67%；男性患病风险高于女 性，且被调查者年龄越大，患病风险越大。结论 居民患心血管疾病年龄亦逐年降低，低龄 患者所占比例逐渐增大，做好心血管病的三级预防工作的重要性日益凸显，卫生部门应当做 好社区居民的健康宣教工作，促使其养成良好生活习惯，及早防治心血管病的发生与发展。 关键词：大宁社区 心血管疾病 风险 预防 Abstract: Discuss general level of cardiovascular event risk of residents in Shanghai Daning community, as well as distribution of age and gender, with the intention of providing reference materials for prevention and teaching concerning to cardiovascular diseases. Methods: Obtain information such as blood pressure, blood fat and whether or not being diabetic from respondents of the survey. Do variance analysis, 2 and K independent samples test using SPSS 14.0 software. Results: high level, middle level, low level and ideal level of getting cardiovascular diseases in respondents are 11.00%, 24.00%, 51.33% and 13.67%, respectively. Male is more susceptible to cardiovascular diseases than female. And the older respondents are, the more likely they are to suffer cardiovascular diseases. Conclusion: people are younger when they have cardiovascular diseases and the ratio of young cardiovascular patients is growing. Therefore, three levels of prevention against cardiovascular diseases are of great significance. The health department should fulfill the responsibility of health education and promote healthy life style among residents, thereby preventing cardiovascular diseases from taking place.
