While， the gasket is the important content in static sealing. After the bolted flanged connection system analysis and the discussion, understanding the basic properties of gasket, at the same time, we analyzed the gasket stress resilience characteristic and face pressure, the further understanding of the gasket mechanical properties, therefore, the bolted flanged connection system knowledge and experiments, we need to design a set of the gasket performance testing system. And we on the gasket performance testing system ，development is mainly on the system device sealing cavity structure design to ensure the gasket performance accurately test. At the same time, we tested the seal performance of gasket leakage rate test, in order to provide the design and selection of a gasket to provide a more convenient way, as the gasket is research and development play a role. For future business development will certainly bring benefits and harvest.
