毕业设计（论文） 题目：清远市旅游地产的发展前景研究  清远市旅游地产的发展前景研究 摘要 旅游地产是旅游业和房地产业相结合的产业形式，已逐渐发展成为重要的经济增长点之一。旅游房地产作为一个新兴的行业成为旅游开发中的新热点，与传统房地产及旅游业其他项目的开发相比，旅游房地产具有优雅的环境资源、专业的物业管理与酒店管理、符合旅游度假的设计方案、消费层次高、消费的可存储性和期权消费以及投资回收率高等优势。同时，旅游业的发展，人民生活水准的提高以及城市化进程的加快等因素，为旅游房地产的开发提供了众多的契机。 本文在阐述旅游地产特点及运营模式的基础上，着重分析清远市旅游地产业发展现状及优劣势，并针对清远旅游地产发展的前景进行探讨研究。 关键词：旅游地产；发展前景；研究 Shaoguan tourism the prospect of the development of real estate ABSTRACT Tourism real estate is combination of tourism and real estate,and gradually beeoming an important new source of economic growth. As an emerging industry to become the new hot spot, compared with the traditional real estate and tourism project development, Tourism real estate has advantage of elegant environment and resources, professional property management and hotel management, in line with the tourist resortdesign, high levels of consumption, high return on investment and so on. Meanwhile, the development of tourism, the improvement of living standards and urbanization process to speed up and other factors, provides many opportunities for the development of tourism real estate. This article firstly describes characteristics and mode of operation in tourism real estate, then focus on analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the tourism real estate in Shaoguan City. At last, the paper give a simple analysis of the prospects of Shaoguan tourism real estate.
