Based on the analysis of charact eristics of tabulardata, the relationship between dat aset and associated metadata, and safety and share strat egy, a tabular dat abase system has been designed with Oracle soft package and B/ S web databased techniques. The study shows that m et adata is not only documents for datasets, but a determination of the cont ent and data volume of dat aset s as well as the relationships among datasets.
