抗战时期的中美易货贸易 摘 要 抗日战争时期的中美贸易主要以易货贸易的形式展开。通过中美《桐油贷 款》、《华锡贷款》、《钨砂贷款》、《金属贷款》等四次协定，中国以桐油和钨锑 锡等农矿产品为抵押，来换取美国的兵工器材、机器设备、汽油、运输工具等 抗战急需物资，双方“货”“款”互易，而不以现金支付，是为易货贸易。 本文既是对战时中美易货贸易的概况所作出的论述。第一部分是战时中美 易货贸易的缘起，介绍中外易货贸易的历史、中美易货贸易的原因与内容；第 二部分，介绍战时中美易货贸易的组织管理，包括管理机构、运输机构、运输 路线等内容；第三部分，对战时中美易货贸易的品种、数量、比重作出具体论 述，并由此展开，对中美易货贸易的特点、影响中美贸易的因素、中美中苏易 货贸易的比较等问题进行深入探讨；第四部分，作为本文的结论，主要论述中 美易货贸易的影响。 战时中美间的易货贸易，不仅保证了中美双方的军事利益和经济利益，也 促进了世界反法西斯斗争的胜利。本文力图通过大量原始档案资料的用运，对 这一影响深远的贸易形式作出深入分析，阐明抗战时期中美易货贸易的全貌。 关键词：抗日战争；中美借款；易货贸易 1 抗战时期的中美易货贸易 Abstract During the Anti-Japanese War , Sino-U.S. trade mainly in the form of bartor trade.
