摘 要 伴随着网络时代的到来，网络成为了新闻从业人员采写工作中必不可少的 工具，它一方面是记者寻找新闻线索、检索资料、写稿、编稿、处理信息的首 选工具，另一方面又成为传统采访方式、写作方法的挑战。 目前，关于网络对新闻事业产生影响的讨论和著述已经很多，但对于新闻 采写具体操作在网络时代中发生了怎样的改变，又应该以怎样的理论去指导新 闻从业人员的采写实践，尚没有比较系统完备的研究。鉴于此，本文参考众多 文献和资料梳理了新闻采写流程，并从自身的新闻采写实践角度出发，结合对 新闻从业人员的调查，寻求了一些应对途径，以求对新闻从业人员在网络时代 更好地利用网络从事新闻采写实践起到引导作用。 全文分为引言及三章。 第一章主要比较了网络化前后新闻从业者在新闻采写实践操作上的差异。 第二章主要分析了网络化背景下传统媒体记者在新闻采写中利用网络时出 现的新特征、新现象，总结出网络化对新闻从业人员带来的有利因素和不良影 响。 第三章主要从记者的业务操作层面、记者自身素质层面和社会功能层面进 行探讨，对新闻从业者如何更好地应对网络化带来的有利因素和不良影响提出 若干对策。 关键词：网络化 网络时代 传统新闻采写 新闻从业人员 Abstract Accompany with the coming of the internet era, network has becoming a necessary tool for journalist in their working including interviewing and writing, for one thing it is the chief tool for reporters searching clues of news、retrieving data and information、writing article and to deal with information, for another thing, it has becoming a challenge to traditional mode of interviewing and writing. Presently, there are too much discussing and writings concerning about the network which work upon the news, but in the computer era, what happened in traditional way of interviewing and writing exactly, and what theory can we use to guide the reports’ practice of interviewing and writing, there have no research systematic and perfect enough. So, according to a lot of documents and materials, my thesis started with my working practice, and combined with investigate data from different media reporters, and found some ladders to settle these problems, in order to show how much more can we use the network for the reporters.
