论文摘要 随着经济的飞速发展，面临日益激烈的市场竞争，知识管理系统在企业的地 位越来越重要。作为知识管理的领跑者，咨询企业为了提高创新能力与工作效 率，降低经营成本，从而获得更多的收益，对于知识管理系统的需求最为迫切。 因此，本文基于咨询企业的特点，结合咨询企业的需求进行咨询企业知识管理 系统的研究。 通过分析咨询企业的需求和知名咨询企业的知识管理系统实践，本文提出了 具有实际意义的咨询企业知识管理系统模型，包括结构模型和功能模型。在此 基础上，本文深入探讨了知识管理系统功能分析与设计，知识管理系统的实现 和实施等，从而构建出相对完善的咨询企业知识管理系统，并将该系统付诸于 实践。此外，本文结合平衡记分卡的理论，将该理论应用于知识管理系统的评 估中，开创性的提出了解决知识管理系统评估问题的新思路。 本文在研究过程中力求从实际的角度来分析和解决问题，对咨询企业实施知 识管理系统具有一定的价值和借鉴作用。 关键词：知识管理；知识管理系统；咨询企业；系统构建 Abstract With the rapid development of economic, which is facing increasingly fierce market competition, the knowledge management systems begin to play more and more important part in the enterprise. As the leader in knowledge management, in order to enhance the innovation capability and work efficiency, reduce the operating cost and obtain more benefits, the demand for knowledge management system is the most pressing. Therefore, the article which is based on the characteristics of consulting firm, combined with the needs of consulting firms mainly studies on the knowledge management systems of consulting enterprise By analyzing the needs and well-known consulting firms knowledge management system in practice, this article presents a meaningful model about the knowledge management system of consulting firm, including the conceptual model and function model. On this basis, this article studies on the functional analysis and design of knowledge management system, the implementation of knowledge management systems so as to build a relatively complete knowledge management system of consulting firm, and then put the system into practice. In addition, with the theory of balanced scorecard this article brings up the new ideas about how to solve the assessment of knowledge management
