广西口岸建设中存在的问题及对策分析.docVIP

摘 要 随着广西逐渐融入到泛北部湾经济圈的发展大潮中，也迎来了千载难逢的发展机遇，广西的外贸行业每年都以较高速度在增长，在这样的背景之下，广西口岸的现状已远远不能满足地方经济发展的需要，对国家发展战略的落实也产生一定的阻碍作用，亟待建设一个高效、现代化的口岸与之对应。 因此，研究广西口岸建设中存在的问题有着重要的现实意义。本文从广西口岸的基本情况出发，对口岸建设中的硬件设施和软环境两方面进行分析，在硬件设施建设中，广西口岸因为资金等方面的原因，在基础设施、交通网络、及配套设施等存在问题；在软环境方面，广西口岸因为通关模式、电子信息化程度低等方面的原因而缺乏竞争力。接着同样从硬件及软环境两方面给出相应的对策。 【关键词】广西口岸 硬件建设 信息化 通关模式 Abstract Guangxi is facing a golden opportunity to develop, as it is gradually integrated into the new developing wave of Beibu Gulf. The import and export industry of Guangxi has a high-speed increase every year. At such background characteristic of times the ports of Guangxi cannot serve the regional economic development well, as well as hinder the development of the national productive forces. Therefore there is an urgent need to build high effective and modern ports to promote the development of Guangxi. Thus to study the problems in constructions of Guangxi ports has a practical significance. In this thesis it starts from the basic circumstances of Guangxi ports, then analyses the situation of Guangxi ports both in hardware side and software side. In the aspect of hardware, there lay some problems such parts of the infrastructure, traffic around the ports and supporting project for there is no enough money and other reason. Meanwhile in the software side, the ports of Guangxi lack of competitive edge for the low effective mode of customs declaration and low-level electrification.
