摘要 本论文以浙江省中小民营企业国际化发展的进程、案例与数据为 研究材料，对中小民营企业对外直接投资的现状、必要性和可行性及 其相关问题做了研究，主要运用经验研究、理论分析、案例分析这几 种研究方法。首先，从理论研究与借鉴出发，对前人有关对外直接投 资及企业国际化的研究进行必要的梳理和归纳，在经验研究基础上， 结合相关理论，对浙江中小民营企业对外直接投资的可行性和必要性 进行了总结归纳；随后，分析浙江中小民营企业国际化经营的现状以 及存在的问题；此后，通过数据与案例分析了浙江中小民营企业对外 直接投资的可行性路径：海外合资、海外并购、集群抱团“走出去” 以及浙江海外同胞牵线“走出去”，并分析这四种可行路径的好处。 最后，在上述分析的基础上，从政府角度出发，为了促进浙江中小民 营企业的进一步发展，针对浙江中小民营企业对外直接投资过程中存 在的问题，提出相关政策建议。最后得出的主要结论是浙江中小民营 企业已具备一定对外直接投资的能力，并在过去的实践中取得成绩， 但对外直接投资过程中仍然存在各种障碍因素，企业自身及政府都应 该努力克服这些障碍，以推动企业的对外直接投资。 关键词:中小民营企业、走出去、对外直接投资 iii Abstract This paper studies present situation of internationalization of the medium and small-sized private enterprises in Zhejiang province, with relative data and representative cases, and makes an analysis on the necessity and feasibility of “going-out” to invest directly on foreign countries for these enterprises. The author uses inclusive of empirical study, theoretic study, case study to help her to carry out the research. The author first makes a review for current literatures specialized in FDI and enterprise internationalization of private enterprises from China and abroad, on the basis of the review，the author points out the problems on the internationalization for the medium and small-sized private enterprises in Zhejiang province, and explains the necessity and feasibility of “going-out”. Then, the author divides modes of “going-out” of the medium and small-sized private enterprises in Zhejiang province into four :joint investment with foreign company ，MA, business cluster and “going-out” with the help of overseas Chinese , and explains causes of four modes by theoretic study and case study.
