The paper mainly designs an automated warehouse system. First, put forward the basic framework of the automated warehouse structure and design process, and then make sure clearly the basic functions of each module of the system. Last, give a detailed analysis of the system components and design ideas. In this system, use PLC as the controller of the entire warehouse system, use the stepper motor drive stacker movement, and use photoelectric sensors to detect the in-and-outs control of automated warehouse and precise positioning of the stacker.
