摘 要 本文主要对南京国民政府早期十年非军事学校军训的时代背景、现实原因、 理论来源、条例章程、机构设置、人员配备、实践进程、目的及成效等方面做细 密考察，并以广东地方学校军训之具体实践进行深入挖掘，力图以小见大，对国 民政府学校之军训做实证主义的专项研究。国民政府通过对高中以上非军事院校 的学生进行军事训练和军事管理，其目的一方面在于传授学生基本军事常识和技 能，提升学生的民族意识与爱国情感，另一方面也是其党化教育的一种控制手段 和非常时期国防教育的预备手段。 本文重点对国民政府军训政策之制定，广东地方学校具体之实施，教育界各 方之反响这三个方面进行考察，力图通过学校军训的窗口，展示南京国民政府前 十年教育界之整体面相。本文试图将社会舆论作为一种重要的考查路径，探究民 国时期非军事院校之军事教育的发展脉络和政策变化，借以串连近代中国的尚武 思潮、军国民教育以及学校军事教育的大致走向和行进趋势，希图了解近代社会 中个人倡言是如何形成广泛的社会思潮并最终成为国家政策的实际路径。 关键词： 尚武思潮 军国民教育 国民政府 军事教育 军事训练 I Abstract Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt The article focuses on the early ten years of the Nanjing National Government non-military schools, military training background, practical reasons, theoretical sources, regulations constitution, institutional setup, staffing, practice, process, purpose and effectiveness in areas such as close inspection. Article probes into the concrete practice of military training in Guangdong local schools, trying to do special research on military training of National government school.
